Was dich erwartet: * Analysiere und entwickle Geschäftsmodelle weiter und unterstütze regulierte Unternehmen, insbesondere in der Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie, bei ihrer strategischen Neuausrichtung * Begleite die Implementierung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen und Vorgaben, wie z.B. der Baseler Rahmenwerke sowie EBA-/EZB-Standards * Optimiere (bank-)betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse in den Bereichen Finance, Risk Management und Controlling * Erstelle Geschäftspläne für Konsolidierungen, (inter-)nationale Transaktionen, Neugründungen und Konzessionsverfahren * Bereite die Resultate klar und vorstandstauglich in entsprechenden Arbeits- und Ergebnisunterlagen sowie im Projekt- und Programm-Management auf

Qualifikationen * Erste Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie oder einer Unternehmensberatung von Vorteil * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Fokus auf Banking, Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaft * Hohes Interesse an der Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie und am (intern-)nationalen regulatorischen Umfeld * Ausgeprägte Affinität für Zahlen und risiko-/bilanzrelevante Themenstellungen * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
