Ervaring Minimaal 2 jaar Werkweek 32 - 40 uur Salaris €3.255 - €4.689 p.m. Zorg dat financiële processen soepel verlopen als Junior Controller in een maatschappelijk zorginstelling in 's-Hertogenbosch. Je houdt overzicht over administraties, facturatie en declaraties en zorgt dat rapportages en budgetten kloppen. Door cijfers te analyseren en verbeteringen voor te stellen, ondersteun je belangrijke beslissingen. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in de maatschappelijke zorg verwerk je administraties zoals inkoop, verkoop, bank, kas en memoriaal nauwkeurig en overzichtelijk. Je verzorgt facturatie en declaraties richting zorgfinanciering en bewaakt dat alles tijdig wordt verwerkt. Rapportages, periodeafsluitingen en budgetten stel je op en je analyseert cijfers om verbeterpunten te signaleren. Je ondersteunt bij liquiditeitsplanning, btw-aangiftes en investeringsbeslissingen, zodat de organisatie financieel gezond blijft. Daarnaast draag je bij aan projecten die processen optimaliseren en automatisering verbeteren. In deze rol adviseer je over financiële vraagstukken en denk je mee over kostenbesparingen en efficiëntie. Je onderhoudt contact met interne stakeholders en externe partijen om financiële gegevens te controleren en afwijkingen op te lossen. Door jouw nauwkeurige en proactieve aanpak blijft de administratie betrouwbaar en overzichtelijk.
