Als Junior Data Analyst duik je dagelijks in de systemen om de bedrijfsvoering efficiënter te maken en collega's te voorzien van de juiste inzichten.

  • Met Power BI en SQL bouw en onderhoud je overzichtelijke dashboards, specifiek afgestemd op de behoeften en resultaten van het Sales team.
  • Gegevens verzamel en structureer je feilloos vanuit het interne datawarehouse, zodat de business altijd over kloppende rapportages beschikt.
  • Dagelijks beheer je het CRM-systeem, waarbij je de datakwaliteit bewaakt en slimme workflows opzet voor alle gebruikers.
  • Interne medewerkers kunnen rekenen op jouw behulpzame IT-support bij vragen over bedrijfssoftware of hardware.
  • Samen met de rest van de afdeling denk je proactief mee over kleine verbeterprojecten die werkprocessen vlotter laten verlopen.

Profiel

Voor de rol van Junior Data Analyst zoeken we iemand met een scherpe, oplossingsgerichte blik en affiniteit met bedrijfssystemen.

  • Een behaald bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een relevante IT-richting vormt de ideale basis.
  • Ervaring met of een grondige basiskennis van Power BI, SQL en Excel helpt je om snel mooie resultaten te boeken.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte teamplayer die met een flinke dosis initiatief vraagstukken aanpakt.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands zijn essentieel, aangevuld met de bereidheid om Franstalige collega's professioneel te woord te staan.
