Dann bieten wir Ihnen die Chance, unser Firmenkundenteam in Graz zu verstärken und sich gezielt zum Firmenkundenberater zu entwickeln. 1 Junior Firmenkundenberater (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen im Firmenkundengeschäft

* Unterstützung bei der Betreuung bestehender Firmenkunden und schrittweise Übernahme eigener Kundenverantwortung

* Aktive Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Kunden

* Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen

* Mitarbeit bei der Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von Finanzierungs- und Kreditlösungen

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundengesprächen

* Aufbau von Know-how in den Bereichen Finanzierung, Veranlagung und weiteren Bankprodukten

* Schrittweise Übernahme von mehr Verantwortung mit dem Ziel der eigenständigen Firmenkundenbetreuung

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise mit beratungsintensiven Produkten oder im B2B-Bereich

* Oder Bankerfahrung und Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung ins Firmenkundengeschäft

* Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und aktiver Vertriebsarbeit

* Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und Finanzthemen

* Kommunikationsstärke, überzeugendes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und hohe Kundenorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, etwas aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
