Via DPA werk je bij hypotheekverstrekkers, banken en financiële dienstverleners. Je leert dossiers beoordelen, financiële gegevens analyseren en klanten helpen bij één van de belangrijkste financiële beslissingen in hun leven. Dit ga je doen Afhankelijk van je opdracht houd je je bezig met: - beoordelen van hypotheekaanvragen en bijbehorende documentatie; - analyseren van financiële gegevens en inkomensstukken; - toetsen van aanvragen aan wet- en regelgeving; - onderhouden van contact met adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen; - bewaken van een zorgvuldig en efficiënt acceptatieproces. Je bent fit for the job als je... - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma of studeert binnenkort af. - Je hebt 0 tot circa 2 jaar werkervaring. - Je spreekt en schrijft professioneel Nederlands. - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig. Deze skills komen van pas Je bent analytisch, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt hoofd- van bijzaken onderscheiden. Daarnaast houd je van klantcontact en werk je graag met duidelijke processen. - Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft) - Support/klantenservice - Adviseren - Administratieve vaardigheden Dit krijg je van ons Je doet ervaring op bij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de hypotheekketen en ontwikkelt specialistische kennis die direct toepasbaar is in de praktijk.
