Als Junior Inside Sales Support kom je terecht bij een stabiele, groeiende organisatie in Rotterdam waar internationale logistiek en persoonlijke service samenkomen. Bij Ritra Cargo Holland krijg je volop ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, klantrelaties op te bouwen én jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen sales. Bij Ritra Cargo Holland ben jij als Junior Inside Sales Support het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële én bestaande klanten. Komt er telefonisch een aanvraag binnen of ontvangt jouw team een nieuwe aanvraag per mail? Na een goede inwerkperiode pak jij deze zelfstandig op en zorg je dat de klant snel en goed geholpen wordt. Je verdiept je in de wensen van de klant, denkt commercieel mee en vertaalt aanvragen naar passende transportoplossingen. Daarnaast krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal eigen accounts. Voor deze klanten ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor sales gerelateerde vragen. Samen met je collega's van Customer Service zorg je ervoor dat klanten goed worden geholpen en relaties voor de lange termijn worden opgebouwd. Verder houd je je bezig met: - Het opvolgen van contactaanvragen en prospects; - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties; - Het opstellen en versturen van offertes; - Het ondersteunen van Sales & Marketing; - Het meedenken over commerciële kansen en interne projecten.
