Wir suchen 1 JUNIOR IT-ADMINISTRATOR Wir entwickeln innovative 3D-Softwarelösungen für die Medizintechnik. Als Junior IT-Administrator_in sorgst du dafür, dass rund 120 Kolleg_innen an unseren Standorten reibungslos arbeiten können, von der Microsoft-365-Cloud bis zum KI-Serverraum. Du bekommst von Anfang an echte Verantwortung und lernst eine moderne, vielfältige IT-Landschaft von Grund auf kennen.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachschule, HTL, Lehre) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung - auch engagierte Quereinsteiger_innen sind willkommen

* Interesse an Cloud-, Security- und Infrastruktur-Themen (bis hin zu Servern und KI-Hardware)

* Motivation und Spaß, dich mit neuen Technologien auseinanderzusetzen

* Lernbereitschaft und Hausverstand zählen mehr alsjahrelange Erfahrung

* Adäquate Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse

* Erste Erfahrung mit MS Windows, O365 und Intune von Vorteil

* Erste Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (z. B. Proxmox) und im On-Premise-Server-Management von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben:

* 1st und 2nd Level Support für unsere Mitarbeiter_innen

* On- und Offboarding (Benutzerkonten, Lizenzen, Berechtigungen)

* Verwaltung und Rollout unserer Endgeräte (Windows & macOS) über Microsoft Intune

* Betreuung von Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) im Tagesgeschäft

* Mitbetreuung unserer On-Premises-Systeme - Virtualisierung (Proxmox) sowie KI-/GPU-Server

* Einrichtung und Ausgabe von Hardware, Zubehör und Arbeitsplätzen

* Mitarbeit bei spannenden IT-Projekten (Infrastruktur, Cloud, Security)

* Pflege der Dokumentation (Confluence) und des Asset-Inventars

Gehalt:
