Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuen und Warten von Server-, Netzwerk- und Client-Infrastrukturen im Innen- und Außendienst

* Installieren und Konfigurieren von Hard- und Software sowie Inbetriebnehmen neuer IT-Systeme

* Unterstützen bei der Administration von Windows-Servern, Netzwerken und Virtualisierungsumgebungen

* Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Sicherstellen eines stabilen IT-Betriebs

* Mitarbeiten an IT-, Netzwerk- und Security-Projekten sowie Dokumentieren der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Profil

* Ausbildung - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fachkenntnisse - Erste Kenntnisse in Server-, Netzwerk- und Client-Systemen sowie Interesse an Virtualisierung und IT-Security

* Persönliche Stärken - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Zusätzlich bringst du mit - Führerschein B, Bereitschaft zu Kundeneinsätzen, Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie abgeleisteten Präsenz- oder Zivildienst
