Vacatureomschrijving Als Junior L&D Specialist ondersteun je de Learning & Development activiteiten binnen Rexel Nederland en Wasco. Je zorgt samen met collega's voor de uitvoering van opleidingsadministratie, de organisatie van trainingen en leerprogramma's, en het goed laten functioneren van het Learning Management System (Skill Up). Je draagt bij aan een duidelijke, toegankelijke en goed georganiseerde leeromgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijks verzorgen van leeractiviteiten en helpt mee om leren binnen de organisatie zichtbaar, praktisch en effectief te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior L&D Specialist werk je samen met je team aan het neerzetten van een inspirerende en professionele leeromgeving voor ca. 900 medewerkers. Dit betekent dat jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het organiseren van (nieuwe) leerprogramma's, je kennis van didactiek en effectieve leerinstrumenten inzet bij bijvoorbeeld het uitbouwen van het LMS en toewerkt naar betere en meetbare leerresultaten.
