Wij zijn een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in grond-en infrastructuurwerken. Om ons team van de infrastructuurwerken verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Junior Landmeter. In deze functie speel jij een cruciale rol bij het uitzetten van onze werven en het uitvoeren van nauwkeurige opmetingen tijdens en na de werkzaamheden. Functieomschrijving: Als Landmeter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitzetten van onze werven en het uitvoeren van opmetingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en werfleiders om te zorgen dat de geplande infrastructuurwerken precies volgens de technische plannen worden gerealiseerd.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van landmeetkundige opmetingen op verschillende werven.
  • Het uitzetten referentielijnen voor de uitvoering van infrastructuurwerken.
  • Controle van uitvoeringsplannen
  • Het controleren van de uitgevoerde werken door middel van opmetingen en rapportage.
  • Het nauwkeurig vastleggen van alle meetgegevens en het opstellen van meetstaten.
  • Samenwerken met de werf- en projectleiding om te garanderen dat de uitvoering conform de plannen verloopt.
  • Het gebruik en onderhoud van geavanceerde meetinstrumenten zoals GPS, total station, en niveau-instrumenten.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma landmeetkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding. Ervaring is geen must.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van landmeetkundige technieken en instrumenten.
  • Een rijbewijs B is vereist, aangezien je regelmatig op verschillende werven actief bent.
