Deine Aufgaben

* Mit deinem scharfen Blick analysierst du Marketing- und Kundendaten im Salesforce CRM Analytics Tool und machst aus Zahlen wertvolle Erkenntnisse für datenbasierte Entscheidungen.

* Mit aussagekräftigen Analysen, Reports und Auswertungen sorgst du für Transparenz in der Savanne unserer Kundendatenqualität. Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen leitest du wertvolle Impulse ab - insbesondere für unsere Geschäftsbereiche Optik und Hörakustik.

* Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen, erkennst bereichsübergreifende Zusammenhänge und bringst deine Ideen sowie Verbesserungsvorschläge proaktiv ein.

* Teilprojekte rund um unsere Salesforce-CRM-Prozesse führst du eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg. Mit datenbasierten Erkenntnissen entwickelst du bestehende Abläufe kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst dafür, dass wir auch morgen den richtigen Pfad einschlagen.

Dein Beitrag

* Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Statistik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen - oder bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung gesammelt. Marketing- und CRM-Prozesse sind für dich kein unbekanntes Revier.

* Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber auch motivierte Einstiegslöw:innen sind ausdrücklich willkommen.

* Zahlen sind deine Stärke. Du analysierst Daten mit Neugier und Weitblick und verwandelst komplexe Zusammenhänge in wertvolle Erkenntnisse.

* Neben deiner Expertise in Excel und PowerPoint kannst du bereits gut mit CRM-Tools und Salesforce Apps umgehen. Kenntnisse in SQL oder einer anderen Programmiersprache sind von Vorteil.

* Auch große Datenmengen analysierst und strukturierst du mit Ausdauer, System und einem klaren Blick für Lösungen. So sorgst du dafür, dass aus Daten echte Entscheidungen werden.

Deine Beute

Für Einstiegslöw:innen winkt für diese Position ein Jahresgehalt ab € 42.000 brutto auf Vollzeit-Basis.
