The posting

Onze klant is een familiaal bedrijf uit Meulebeke dat sinds 1972 maatpanelen maakt voor professionele toepassingen. Intussen staat ook de vierde generatie mee aan het roer. Vanuit het atelier vertrekken maatpanelen naar klanten binnen interieur, meubel en industrie.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar vakkennis nog echt wordt doorgegeven. Met moderne CNC-machines van Homag en Biesse krijg je bovendien de kans om je kennis van houtbewerking verder te verdiepen. Dankzij de kleinschalige structuur weet je bij wie je terechtkan en is er ruimte om vragen te stellen en bij te leren.

Ook duurzaamheid krijgt aandacht, onder meer door het gebruik van PEFC-gecertificeerd hout uit een Europese keten.

Interesse? Misschien beheers je vandaag nog niet alle CNC-technieken, maar heb je wel een stevige basis in hout en zin om die kennis verder uit te bouwen. Dan is dit een mooie kans om van houtbewerker door te groeien naar een technisch sterke CNC-vakman.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt in een compact atelier in Meulebeke waar maatpanelen gemaakt worden voor uiteenlopende professionele toepassingen. Van kantoormeubilair en winkelinrichting tot een behuizing voor een apotheekrobot: elk onderdeel vraagt een nauwkeurige aanpak.

Jouw werkdag?:

  • Je leest een technisch plan en vertaalt dit naar de CNC-machine
  • Je stelt een Biesse Rover of Homag BAZ in
  • Je freest panelen volgens de gewenste vorm en maat
  • Je volgt de productie op en stuurt bij wanneer nodig
  • Je controleert afgewerkte stukken op maat en kwaliteit
  • Je voert klein en preventief onderhoud uit
  • Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en overzichtelijk

Je werkt dus niet zomaar een reeks dezelfde stukken af. De ene dag maak je een perfect ronde uitsparing, de volgende keer werk je aan een complexe contour. Dat maakt het werk technisch interessant en houdt je scherp.

Je hoeft nog geen CNC-specialist te zijn. Een goede basis in houtbewerking en de goesting om iets nieuws te leren zijn belangrijker.

  • Je hebt technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking
  • Je staat open om CNC-techniek stap voor stap aan te leren

Heb je al ervaring met CNC-besturing, WoodWOP, CAD-CAM of machinale houtbewerking? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen, maar het is geen vereiste.
