Als junior onderhoudstechnieker speel je een essentiële rol in ons technisch team, verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van productiemachines en gebouwen. Je wordt begeleid door een ervaren mentor en krijgt de kans om je technische vaardigheden uit te breiden in een stimulerende werkomgeving.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud aan matrijzen en productielijnen om de betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren en stilstand te minimaliseren.
  • Opstellen en naleven van smeerplannen om optimale prestaties van de machines te verzekeren.
  • Ondersteunen van operatoren om een soepele productie te waarborgen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de voortdurende ontwikkeling van de technische dienst door het aandragen van verbeteringsvoorstellen en efficiëntiewinsten.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden aan de gebouwen om een veilige en functionele werkomgeving te behouden.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in elektromechanica.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwork zijn cruciaal voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je hebt een proactieve instelling en neemt initiatief bij het identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
