Voor een transportbedrijf in regio Zeebrugge gaan we op zoek naar een Junior Planner UK.

Als assistent-planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van het dagelijkse transport en het geven van feedback aan de planners.

  • Je maakt deel uit van een team die het dagdagelijkse verloop van ons transport regelt
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de planning.
  • Je controleert of alle ladingen volgens plan lopen en stuurt indien nodig bij.
  • Je geeft feedback aan de planners en ook onze customer service.
  • Je legt prioriteiten in samenspraak met je collega’s en teamleader.
  • Je hebt reeds relevante werkervaring of weet dit te compenseren met je leergierigheid.
  • Affiniteit met logistiek is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zeer nauwkeurig op en hoog tempo en denkt proactief.
  • Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding, je kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je houdt van een gezonde dosis stress en hebt organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je houdt rekening met de wensen van de klant en de wettelijke voorschriften.
  • Je bent vlot in communicatie met zowel je collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kan tegen een stootje in de harde snelle transportwereld.
  • Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, je weet je vlot en goed uit te drukken in het Engels. Frans is niet noodzakelijk.
  • Diploma: Een Bachelor of Master (of gelijkwaardig denkniveau)

  • Communicatief & nauwkeurig sterk

  • Flexibel en collegiaal
  • Iemand die van wanten weet en vlot kan schakelen
  • Taal: sterk in Nederlands & Engels.
  • Regio: niet verder dan 30 min van Zeebrugge (NDQ is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer!)
