Je brengt techniek, processen en mensen samen en zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en grip op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. Je ondersteunt projectteams bij de beheersing van projecten en helpt processen continu te verbeteren. Daarbij geef je richting aan de systeemgerichte projectbeheersing en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken, risico's en resultaten gedurende de hele projectcyclus goed worden bewaakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren van planning, risicomanagement, kwaliteit, eisenbeheer, verificatie & validatie, VGM en financiën; - Uitvoeren van audits en bewaken van interne en externe kwaliteitsnormen; - Verbeteren van het projectmanagementsysteem en ontwikkelen van efficiënte werkwijzen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en projectresultaat; - Samenwerken met en ondersteunen van projectteams; - Stimuleren van een cultuur waarin continu verbeteren centraal staat. Functie-eisen verbeteringen. Je houdt overzicht, ziet waar processen beter kunnen en neemt initiatief om zaken daadwerkelijk te verbeteren. Daarnaast: - Heb je minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting; - Heb je minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met projectbeheersing binnen een technische omgeving; - Maak je nieuwe systemen en software snel eigen, zoals Relatics, SharePoint, OPC, RISMAN en Office 365; - Ben je communicatief sterk en weet je complexe zaken helder over te brengen; - Beschik je over een VCA-VOL-certificaat of ben je bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen; - Denk je in oplossingen en kansen en weet je deze om te zetten in co...
