Voor onze klant, een stabiel productiebedrijf met een duidelijke focus op metaalbewerking gaan we op zoek naar een Junior Process Engineer. Deze KMO combineert vakkennis met een no-nonsense aanpak en een vlakke structuur waar iedereen elkaar kent.

Als Process Engineer kom je terecht in een omgeving waar je dicht bij de productie staat en waar jouw technische inzichten meteen zichtbaar resultaat opleveren. Je zal werken vanuit de site regio Deinze.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Process Engineer ben je de schakel tussen engineering en productie en zorg je ervoor dat alles technisch en praktisch klopt
  • Je analyseert klantenvragen en beoordeel je of deze technisch haalbaar zijn binnen de bestaande mogelijkheden
  • Daarnaast werk je de volledige aanpak uit en bepaal je welke bewerkingen, machines en opstellingen nodig zijn om tot een kwalitatief eindresultaat te komen
  • Verder zorg je ervoor dat alles intern klaarstaat voor productie, van gereedschappen tot werkpostinrichting en duidelijke instructies voor de operatoren
  • Ook stuur je medewerkers aan waar nodig en grijp je in bij fouten door processen bij te sturen en te verbeteren
  • Tot slot ga je actief op zoek naar optimalisaties in doorlooptijden en efficiëntie
  • Een bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Een eerste ervaring met CNC-machines of een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen
  • Kennis van 3D-tekenen is vereist; ervaring met CAD/CAM is een plus, maar kan aangeleerd worden
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een nuchtere ingesteldheid waarbij je mensen durft aan te spreken en aan te sturen
