Je komt te werken in een hecht team dat er alles aan doet om een vakantie nét dat beetje beter te maken en waar jouw ideeën er echt toe doen. Heb je een scherp oog voor gebruiksgemak, ben je proactief en zie je overal kansen om processen net wat vloeiender te laten verlopen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wij zijn op zoek naar een Product Owner die de digitale producten rond Customer Care en Sales verbetert, denk aan het CRM, een AI-applicatie voor klantvragen en het onboarding-platform voor verhuurders. Hier ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: • Je ontwikkelt en verbetert digitale producten zoals onze CRM-omgeving, AI-applicatie en het Micazu onboarding-platform, altijd met als doel meer gebruiksgemak en hogere klanttevredenheid • Je werkt nauw samen met het Nederlandstalige development team en bereidt ontwikkelwerkzaamheden voor • Je beoordeelt en test opgeleverd werk, presenteert nieuwe features en zorgt voor heldere documentatie • Je schakelt met Customer Care en Sales over de doorontwikkeling van AI in hun dagelijkse werk, helpt bij technische klantvragen en verzamelt waardevolle feedback • Je verbetert de acquisitie- en onboardingsfunnel zodat nieuwe verhuurders sneller en makkelijker kunnen starten • Je bent samen met jouw team het aanspreekpunt voor collega's met (klant)vragen over de werking van het platform De ideale kandidaat: • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een agile omgeving met klantcontact en digitale platforms • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau • Analytisch sterk en gestructureerd in je aanpak • Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands • Proactief en zelfstandig; je wacht niet tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren Wat bieden wij jou: • €3.160-€4.514 bruto per maand (full...
