Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Je start met een uitgebreid opleidingstraject waarbij je alle werkposten en processen binnen het bedrijf leert kennen. Daarna krijg je een veelzijdige en verantwoordelijke functie waarin je de productie mee opvolgt en ondersteunt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Productie opvolgen en bijsturen: je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorgt mee voor een vlotte productie. Je maakt dag- en weekplanningen op, rekening houdend met de personeelsbezetting en beschikbare voorraad.
  • Productiedocumentatie: je registreert productiegegevens en gebruikte grondstoffen, bewaakt de traceerbaarheid en signaleert afwijkingen of problemen.
  • Veiligheid en hygiëne: je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften correct worden nageleefd en spreekt medewerkers hier indien nodig op aan.
  • Technische ondersteuning: je helpt bij het opsporen van technische problemen en storingen en coördineert mee de nodige herstellingen en onderhoudswerken.
  • Samenwerking met andere afdelingen: je werkt nauw samen met onder andere aankoop, logistiek en kwaliteitsbeheer om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Voorraadbeheer: je volgt de voorraad van grondstoffen en hulpstoffen op en ondersteunt bij het tijdig bestellen van materialen.
  • Procesverbetering: je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en helpt bij het testen en implementeren van nieuwe processen.
  • Opleiding van medewerkers: je ondersteunt bij de opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe en bestaande productiemedewerkers.

Je werkt nauw samen met de plant manager en ondersteunt een team van ongeveer 30 productiemedewerkers.

Je bent een rolmodel op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan een professionele, positieve werkomgeving. Je geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld op vlak van werkethiek, kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking.

  • Je hebt een analytische en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met collega's en verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen en weet mensen op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan verschillende taken tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je hebt een technische basiskennis en interesse in productieprocessen en machines.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen wanneer zich problemen voordoen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, vooral op vlak van kwaliteit, rapportering en hygiëne.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, proactief, flexibel en doortastend.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en hebt de ambitie om verder door te groeien binnen een productieomgeving.
