The posting

Voor een groeiende organisatie in de regio Harelbeke/Deerlijk zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Productieverantwoordelijke. Je krijgt eerst een uitgebreide opleiding waarbij je verschillende werkposten leert kennen. Daarna neem je een veelzijdige rol op waarin je instaat voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de productie, planning, kwaliteit en medewerkers.

Taken

  • Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt werkzaamheden bij waar nodig en bewaakt een vlotte productieflow.
  • Je stelt dag- en weekplanningen op, rekening houdend met de personeelsbezetting en beschikbare voorraad.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en volgt het gebruik van grondstoffen en materialen op.
  • Je bewaakt de traceerbaarheid en detecteert afwijkingen of problemen tijdig.
  • Je ziet toe op het naleven van de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je ondersteunt bij technische storingen en coördineert indien nodig onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Je volgt de voorraad van grondstoffen en hulpstoffen mee op en ondersteunt bij bestellingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt bij het implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Je helpt bij de opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe en bestaande productiemedewerkers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke van de productie en neemt een voorbeeldfunctie op tegenover een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid en weet snel te schakelen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan verschillende taken en prioriteiten efficiënt combineren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met collega's en verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.
  • Je hebt een technische interesse en beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om bij storingen mee naar oplossingen te zoeken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, in het bijzonder bij administratie, kwaliteitscontroles en registratie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de werkdruk toeneemt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, proactief, flexibel en doortastend.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om medewerkers op een correcte en constructieve manier aan te sturen.
