Als Junior project coördinator sta jij in voor het reilen en zeilen van projecten binnen de koeltechniek. Je doet dit voornamelijk vanuit de site van Ieper, maar gaat ook naar de werven om het in goede banen te leiden.   • In samenwerking met projectmanagement zal jij de projectplanning opstellen en opvolgen.
  • Jij hebt contact met collega's, onderaannemers om het materiaal zo efficiënt mogelijk in te zetten op basis van projectvereisten.
  • Er wordt ondersteuning geboden bij het informeren van collega’s en externe partners, zodat iedereen tijdig op de hoogte is van planning en voortgang.
  • Tijdens de uitvoering van projecten wordt hulp verleend bij het oplossen van praktische planningsvragen.
  • Als projectcoördinator binnen deze machinebouwer ga jij samen met het team de projecten evalueren en kijken voor verbeteringen in de toekomst.
  • Zorgen voor een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van ideeën om tools en werkwijzen gebruiksvriendelijker te maken.
