Je motiveert en stimuleert je medewerkers, waarbij je een teamgeest creëert; Je laat je informeren door accountmanagers, dakadviseurs, calculators en werkvoorbereiders over de aard van de werkzaamheden; Je stelt in overleg de werkplanning op en informeert de opdrachtgever; Je regelt transport, bestelt materialen, gereedschap en huurt onderaannemers in. Je blijft continu op de hoogte van de voortgang van de projecten en je controleert de productiviteit van de uitvoering; Eventuele problemen op projectlocaties, los je op en communiceer je binnen de organisatie. Je handhaaft de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en zorgt voor een digitale adequate vastlegging via een IPad; Tot slot werk je nauw samen met de opdrachtgever en heb je regelmatig contact met dakdekkers, calculators, werkvoorbereiders, accountmanagers en magazijnmedewerkers.
