De functie inhoud Jouw functie als junior projectleider industriebouw regio Roeselare zal er als volgt uitzien:

  • Jij biedt de ervaren projectleider ondersteuning bij de realisatie van bouwtechnische werven.
  • Onder het scherpe oog van de ervaren projectleider volg je de werven van A-Z op.
  • Technische administratie schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als de architect.
  • Bovendien ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de bestelling van de materialen en zorg je ervoor dat ze tijdig op de werf zijn.
  • Samen met de ervaren projectleider bespreek je de beste bouwkundige oplossing om de beste uitvoering van de werf te garanderen.

Onze klant Onze klant is actief in de industriebouw regio Roeselare die projecten van A-Z in zowel staal als beton realiseert. Hun werven bevinden zich in West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Zuid-Nederland en Noord-Frankrijk. Ze onderscheiden zich van de concurrentie doordat ze speciale projecten realiseren waarbij ze gebruik maken van een mix tussen beton en staal. Hun projecten gaan van winkels, kantoren, logistieke en productiegebouwen naar maneges en landbouwgebouwen. Er wordt vooral gewerkt met prefabelementen om die projecten te realiseren.

Je komt terecht in een familiaal, financieel gezond bedrijf met een 90-tal werknemers. Ze vinden het belangrijk dat de werknemers onder elkaar een goede band hebben. Daardoor worden er regelmatig activiteiten georganiseerd zoals een ontbijt na het bouwverlof, een jaarlijkse receptie, teambuildingsactiviteiten en sportieve uitdagingen.
