In de rol van junior projectleider stap je aan boord van een boeiend traject waarbij je de rechterhand wordt van de senior projectleiders en mee de leiding neemt over uitdagende bouwprojecten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn divers en impactvol:

  • Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse werfopvolging en bewaakt samen met het team de planning, de kwaliteit en de veiligheidsnormen op de verschillende locaties.
  • Samen met de senior projectleider stuur je onderaannemers en leveranciers aan, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie en een efficiënte planning op de werf.
  • Je bereidt de technische dossiers en prijsaanvragen grondig voor, zodat de contractering van partners vlot en binnen het budget verloopt.
  • Je assisteert bij de kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de opleveringsfase en volgt de eventuele nazorgpunten nauwgezet op om een perfect eindresultaat te garanderen.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de wekelijkse werfvergaderingen, stelt de verslagen op en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken.

Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn als junoir projectleider breng je een flinke portie leergierigheid en organisatorisch talent mee naar de werf.

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelorsdiploma in een bouwkundige of architecturale richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de residentiële woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw is een sterke troef, maar ook een gedreven schoolverlater met de juiste stage-ervaring komt in aanmerking.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een administratief sterke communicator die stressbestendig is en altijd zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands is een must, waarbij een goede basiskennis van het Frans je helpt om vlot te schakelen met Franstalige partners op de werf.
