Als Junior Projectleider Villabouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en begeleiden van exclusieve nieuwbouwprojecten van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, interieurontwerpers en uitvoerders om prachtige villa's te realiseren die voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Je fungeert als schakel tussen de verschillende disciplines en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het bouwproces, waarbij je rapporteert aan een senior projectleider die je begeleidt in je ontwikkeling. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Voorbereiden en plannen van luxe villabouwprojecten; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectbudgetten en -planningen; - Aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders; - Organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit en voortgang van het bouwproces; - Tijdig signaleren en oplossen van potentiële knelpunten in het bouwproces.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar een rol als zelfstandig projectleider binnen 2-3 jaar. Je kunt je ontwikkelen door steeds complexere projecten te begeleiden, je technische kennis te verdiepen via interne en externe cursussen, en door coaching van ervaren collega's. Bovendien biedt het bedrijf mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen of specifieke bouwtechnieken.
