Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen en duurzame samenwerkingen uitbouwen? Minstens 3 jaar ervaring en hou je van initiatief nemen? Voor een commerciële rol als Junior Sales Manager in de regio Maldegem zoeken we iemand die oplossingsgericht klanten kan onderhouden. Je komt terecht in een uitdagende rol met een loonpakket tussen €3300 en €4000, aangevuld met een bedrijfswagen en extra voordelen. Lees zeker verder!

De functie inhoud Na enkele jaren binnen sales, ziet jouw takenpakket als junior sales manager er binnenkort misschien wel zo uit:

  • B2B-sales waarbij je actief op zoek gaat naar aannemers en nieuwe industriële klanten
  • Je onderhoudt en verdiept bestaande klantenrelaties
  • Onderhandelen, afsluiten en vernieuwen van contracten
  • Jouw regio is momenteel West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Echter zijn er ambities om de regio rond Moeskroen ook te bewerken, waarbij je zelf jouw agenda kan indelen
  • Samen met het sales team kan je sparren om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen en de commerciële groei verder uit te bouwen

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een hands-on KMO-mentaliteit typeert jou
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur B2B
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
