Dazu starten wir jedes Jahr viele medienübergreifende Themenkampagnen über unsere eigenen Online-Kanäle und mit starken Medienpartnern wie dem Standard, dem GEO Magazin oder in Eigendistribution. 1 Junior Sales & Project Manager_in AT Deine Aufgaben

* Als Junior Sales & Project Manager_in startest du jedes Quartal mit einem tiefgreifenden Research zu einem spannenden Thema, welches u.a. als eigene Themenzeitung sowie online veröffentlicht wird.

* Dabei findest du die relevantesten Expert:innen, Influencer und Distributionskanäle.

* Um dein Projekt zu finanzieren, stellst du deine Ideen und die Mediaplanet-Produkte bei Unternehmen aus passenden Branchen vor.

* Um im Verkaufsprozess erfolgreich zu sein, ist es von größter Bedeutung, dass du die Bedürfnisse des Kunden genau kennst und in der Lage bist zu erkennen, welche Produkte aus unserem Portfolio den Erwartungen und Zielen der Kund:innen entsprechen.

* In den letzten Wochen vor Start der Kampagne arbeitest du mit dem Produktionsteam zusammen, um alle Inhalte zu finalisieren.

Dein Profil

Als Junior Sales & Project Manager_in verfügst du über eine unternehmerisch-orientierte Denkweise und besitzt ebenso eine kreative Seite!

Wir geben Menschen die Chance, sich über starke Eigeninitiative und Erfolgswillen zu beweisen und freuen uns dabei auch über Berufs- oder Quereinsteiger_innen.

Dabei solltest du über folgende Fähigkeiten verfügen:

* Lösungs- und verkaufsorientierte Arbeitseinstellung: überzeugend, hartnäckig, kreativ

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* selbständig und stressresistent

* sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse

* Affinität im Bereich Online-Marketing

* Social Media ist dir kein Fremdwort
