Technische installaties die dag en nacht blijven draaien, vragen mensen die willen begrijpen hoe alles samenwerkt. In deze rol leer je on‑the‑job hoe complexe geautomatiseerde systemen onderhouden, bijgestuurd en verbeterd worden, samen met ervaren collega's op de vloer.

De werkomgeving is een sterk geautomatiseerde industriële site waar mechanica, elektriciteit en besturingstechniek samenkomen. Onderhoud gebeurt niet reactief, maar gestructureerd, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit van het proces.

Deze functie is ideaal voor wie net van de schoolbanken komt en zich wil ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige (service) technieker. Je krijgt tijd, begeleiding en verantwoordelijkheid om stap voor stap te groeien binnen een technisch team met duidelijke structuur.

Junior Service Technieker - Functieomschrijving:

  • Instaan voor preventief en correctief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde installaties, met een sterke mix van mechanische en elektrische componenten.
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen in samenwerking met collega‑techniekers, waarbij kennisdeling en leren centraal staan.
  • Actief bijdragen aan orde, veiligheid en continu verbeteren op de werkvloer volgens vastgelegde procedures en richtlijnen.

Junior Service Technieker - Profiel:

  • Afgestudeerd in een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkaardig), waarbij schoolverlaters expliciet welkom zijn.
  • Toonbaar leervermogen en interesse in industriële automatisatie, met de motivatie om je technisch snel te ontwikkelen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in vroeg‑ en laatdiensten, met een flexibele en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid.
