Über 1.100 Software-Expert:innen entwickeln kundenorientierte und individuell angepasste Lösungen für die Intralogistik.

Werde Teil unseres Teams als 1 Junior Software Developer After-Sales (w/m/d) Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei Aufbereitung, Implementierung, Dokumentation und Inbetriebnahme von Erweiterungen und Änderungen von bestehenden Softwarelösungen an den Anlagen unserer weltweiten Kunden

* Lösungen von Software Incidents an Kundensystemen sowie Dokumentation basierend auf Service Prozessen

* Technische und organisatorische Eingrenzung der gemeldeten Service Anfragen der Kunden

* Anwendungsunterstützung des Kunden, eigenständige Lösung der Fehlersituation und/oder Reproduzierung der Anfragen für weitere Lösungen

* Optimierung und Erweiterung vorhandener Kundenanlagen und -prozesse

* Wissenssicherung und Sicherstellen der Informationen in den SSI internen Systemen

Qualifikationen

* Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und der Programmiersprache Java

* Abgeschlossene (höhere) Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Technik

* Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Verständnis für relationale Datenbanken (MS SQL, Oracle etc.)

* Erfahrung mit der IDE Eclipse wünschenswert

* Know-How über Design Patterns

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15% der Jahresarbeitszeit)

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Sprachgewandtheit

Möglicher Eintrittstermin: Ab sofort

Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €3.267,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
