Voor onze klant in regio Kruisem zoeken we een Junior Supply Chain Coördinator die ervoor zorgt dat voorraden, bestellingen en stamgegevens correct en efficiënt beheerd worden. De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten in de functie van Junior Supply Chain Coördinator?

  • Bundelen en uitvoeren van essentiële operationele taken met als doel een efficiëntere en kosteneffectievere workflow.
  • Fungeren als centrale schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte goederen- en informatiestroom te garanderen, van inkoop tot levering aan de klant.
  • Nauwkeurig inplannen van assemblage- en pickingorders om afgesproken levertermijnen te waarborgen.
  • Aankopen van materialen, evalueren van minimum- en maximumvoorraden en plannen van materiaalbehoeften ter ondersteuning van productie en leveringen.
  • Aanmelden en opvolgen van verzendingen bij vaste transporteurs, opvragen van prijzen voor speciale zendingen en zorgen voor tijdige en correcte levering.
  • Opvolgen van het picking- en productieorderproces voor een correcte administratie en voortgangscontrole.
  • Afstemmen met het interne salesteam over orders, levertermijnen en het snel oplossen van vragen of knelpunten.
  • Ondersteunen en vervangen waar nodig om continuïteit te verzekeren en inzicht te behouden in de dagelijkse operaties.
