Voor deze functie als Supply Chain Lead kom je terecht bij een internationaal actieve onderneming binnen de industriële productiesector. Je werkt vanuit de regio Lievegem en maakt deel uit van een organisatie met meer dan 500 medewerkers die deel uitmaakt van een internationale groep met verschillende vestigingen wereldwijd. Dankzij hun jarenlange expertise en sterke marktpositie zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde binnen hun sector.

Als Supply Chain Teamlead kom je terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen centraal staat. Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen planning, logistiek en supply chain, stuurt een klein team aan en krijgt de ruimte om verbeterprojecten uit te werken. De combinatie van een internationale context en korte communicatielijnen zorgt voor een stabiele werkomgeving waarin initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling sterk worden aangemoedigd.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je start de dag met het afstemmen van de productieplanning en overloopt samen met je team de prioriteiten zodat klantenorders volgens planning kunnen vertrekken
  • Doorheen de dag bewaak je de capaciteit, voorraadniveaus en levertermijnen, terwijl je nauw samenwerkt met productie, sales, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen
  • Tussendoor coach je jouw team, ondersteun je collega's bij operationele uitdagingen en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning efficiënt blijft verlopen
  • Regelmatig analyseer je KPI's, volg je verbeterprojecten op en neem je initiatief om supply chain processen verder te optimaliseren
  • Tot slot stem je de langetermijnplanning af met de betrokken afdelingen, volg je externe partners op en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele doelstellingen behaald worden
  • Je bezit een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen logistiek of supply chain
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen planning of supply chain in een industriële omgeving, aangevuld met leidinggevende ervaring achter de rug
  • Een vlotte werking met SAP of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem is noodzakelijk
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en combineert een analytische mindset met een proactieve aanpak
