Heb jij een passie voor vastgoed, ben je organisatorisch sterk en zoek je een afwisselende baan waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is?

Voor ons groeiende vastgoedkantoor zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Junior Syndicus!

In deze rol ben jij de spilfiguur die zorgt dat appartementsgebouwen administratief, financieel en technisch vlekkeloos draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderhoudt het contact met bewoners, mede-eigenaars en leveranciers over het beheer van het gebouw.
  • Mankeert er iets aan de lift of het dak? Jij vraagt offertes aan bij aannemers en volgt de herstellingswerken op.
  • Je bereidt de jaarlijkse algemene vergaderingen voor en leidt deze (vaak 's avonds) in goede banen.
  • Je verwerkt de beslissingen van de eigenaars en helpt bij het opstellen en opvolgen van de jaarlijkse budgetten.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma in een vastgoed-, juridische of financiële richting, óf je hebt een grote aantoonbare passie voor de vastgoedsector.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Je kunt luisteren en blijft steeds vriendelijk en professioneel, ook bij discussies.
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen, werkt nauwkeurig en weet overzicht te houden in drukke periodes.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken
