Je beoordeelt zorgvragen volgens NTS/NHG-richtlijnen en werkt nauw samen met regieartsen om ervoor te zorgen dat patiënten tijdig de juiste zorg ontvangen. Deze functie biedt een unieke kans om je medische kennis toe te passen en verder te ontwikkelen, terwijl je flexibel vanuit huis werkt. Wat je gaat doen: - Telefonisch uitvoeren van triage: beoordelen van zorgvragen en vaststellen van urgentie volgens NTS/NHG-richtlijnen. - Adviseren en informeren: patiënten voorzien van passende zorgadviezen in overleg met de regiearts. - Registreren: nauwkeurig vastleggen van patiëntcontacten en triage-uitkomsten in het systeem. - Werken volgens protocollen: toepassen van lokale richtlijnen van verschillende huisartsenposten. - Samenwerken: actief afstemmen met regieartsen en andere zorgprofessionals om de kwaliteit van zorg te waarborgen.
