Je komt terecht in een kleine tuinonderneming met een zaakvoerder en een vaste medewerker. Omdat het team wordt uitgebreid, krijg je de kans om van bij de start mee te groeien met de onderneming.

Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt een praktische opleiding op de werkvloer. Je leert door mee te werken, vragen te stellen en steeds meer taken zelfstandig op te nemen.

De werven liggen meestal in de buurt, waardoor je niet elke dag lange afstanden moet afleggen.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt mee aan verschillende tuinen en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Je onderhoudt particuliere tuinen: snoeien, maaien, verzorgen en netjes afwerken.
  • Je helpt bij de aanleg van nieuwe tuinen.
  • Je plaatst graszoden en voert grondwerken uit.
  • Je helpt bij aanplantingen en andere groenwerken.
  • Je werkt mee aan zowel kleinere tuinen als grotere tuinprojecten.
  • Je leert werken met het nodige tuinmateriaal en zorgt er zorgvuldig voor.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega en leert gaandeweg steeds zelfstandiger werken.

Ongeveer 60% van je tijd bestaat uit tuinonderhoud en 40% uit tuinaanleg, met de focus op het groene gedeelte van de aanleg. Na een periode van begeleiding is het de bedoeling dat je zelfstandig naar klanten kan gaan en je eigen projecten kan uitvoeren.

op dit moment op zoek naar iemand met ervaring, uiteraard is ook motivatie zeer belangrijk.Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en kan je met de wagen naar de firma begeven, deze is niet te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.Je draagt zorg voor werkmateriaal en hebt respect voor de klanten.Je kan goed in team werken.Je hebt geen schrik van fysiek zwaar werk.Je bent gepassioneerd door tuinen.
