Je hebt een bachelor of master Bouwkunde op zak en zoekt een eerste functie waarin je technische kennis echt gebruikt wordt? Als junior werfleider krijg je hier de kans om stap voor stap te groeien richting projectleider.

Je werkt mee aan technisch uitdagende renovatie- en restauratieprojecten. Je leert de werf kennen vanop de vloer, krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's en neemt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bepaalt vanuit de uitvoeringsplannen welke technische, materiële en financiële middelen nodig zijn.
  • Je helpt werkmethodes optimaliseren.
  • Je bepaalt bevoorradingsbehoeften en voert bestellingen uit.
  • Je volgt leveringen, bouwmaterialen en materieel op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de planning van personeel en werkposten.
  • Je controleert de voortgang en conformiteit van de werken.
  • Je vult opvolgingsdocumenten in en analyseert de beschikbare gegevens.
  • Je staat ploegbazen technisch bij.
  • Je volgt leveranciers en dienstverleners op.
  • Je communiceert over de voortgang en eventuele moeilijkheden op de werf.
  • Je controleert de nodige attesten van het personeel.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde KMO die zich richt op renovatie, restauratie en bijzondere bouwtechnieken. Geen klassieke nieuwbouw, maar projecten waarbij technische voorbereiding, inzicht en een goede opvolging op de werf belangrijk zijn.

Je werkt aan projecten voor zowel openbare als private klanten, onder meer binnen gevelrenovatie, restauratie en complexe renovaties.

De organisatie is bewust vlak en praktisch ingesteld. Je werkt in een jong team en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
