Wil je jouw eerste stappen zetten op de werf en op termijn doorgroeien tot een volwaardige werfleider of projectleider? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw ideale start!

Als junior werfleider krijg je de kans om het vak volledig onder de knie te krijgen. Na een grondige inwerkperiode neem je stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op voor de dagelijkse opvolging, voorbereiding en aansturing van jouw werf.

Je bent voornamelijk op de werf aanwezig en werkt nauw samen met een ervaren projectleider die jou ondersteunt en begeleidt. Daarnaast verzorg je ook een beperkte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw taken

  • Je ondersteunt bij de planning en organisatie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je zorgt mee voor de nodige materialen, materieel en bevoorrading.
  • Je volgt de voortgang en kwaliteit van de werken op volgens de uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van werfactiviteiten en bijhorende documenten.
  • Je ondersteunt ploegbazen en medewerkers bij technische vragen.
  • Je waakt mee over de veiligheid en een correcte inrichting van de werf.
  • Je signaleert problemen en denkt actief mee over praktische en efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert over de voortgang van de werken en eventuele moeilijkheden.
  • Je bent net of bijna afgestudeerd als Bachelor of Master in de Bouwkunde.
  • Ervaring is geen must; motivatie en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Engels.
