Wil jij als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw bijdragen aan succesvolle bouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering? Je zorgt voor structuur, planning en technische ondersteuning binnen uitdagende projecten. Ontwikkel jouw kennis van de bouw en groei door binnen een veelzijdige functie. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Bouw ondersteun je de voorbereiding van verschillende bouwprojecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen van planningen, het controleren van tekeningen en het voorbereiden van werkzaamheden voor de uitvoering. Daarnaast vraag je offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en ondersteun je bij calculaties en projectadministratie. Je werkt met verschillende betrokken partijen en zorgt dat alle informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Binnen deze functie krijg je de mogelijkheid om veel te leren over bouwprocessen en projectorganisatie. Werkvoorbereiding is een belangrijk onderdeel binnen de realisatiefase van bouwprojecten, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht centraal staan. Voor onze opdrachtgever draag je bij aan projecten binnen bijvoorbeeld woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, renovatie of onderhoud. Je ondersteunt de projectleider en uitvoerder door technische vraagstukken uit te werken en de voortgang van werkzaamheden te bewaken. Ook controleer je materialen, tekeningen en documenten voordat de uitvoering start. Met jouw organisatietalent zorg je voor een goede voorbereiding en een soepel verloop van het bouwproces. Jouw werkzaamheden - Voorbereiden van bouwprojecten en ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse projectorganisatie; - Opstellen en bijhouden van planningen voor verschillende bouwfasen; - Controleren van technische tekeningen, documenten en projectgegevens; - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Ondersteunen bij calculaties en het maken van werkbegrotingen; - Bewaken van de voortgang en signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten binnen projecten; - Samenstellen van tech.
