Als Administratief Medewerker Uitvoeringsdossiers ben jij de spilfiguur in de administratieve afhandeling zodra een dossier in de uitvoeringsfase belandt. Jouw takenpakket is uitdagend en veelzijdig:

  • Dossierbeheer: Je staat in voor de nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers in de uitvoeringsfase.
  • Debiteurenbeheer: Je volgt openstaande betalingen op, zoekt naar oplossingen en bewaart hierbij altijd het overzicht.
  • Communicatie: Je schakelt vlot met verschillende partijen, zowel telefonisch als per mail. Dit doe je voornamelijk in het Nederlands, maar je trekt ook je plan in het Frans wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Initiatief nemen: Zie je ergens ruimte voor verbetering in het proces? Jouw input en zin voor initiatief worden hier enorm gewaardeerd!

Profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen een gerechtsdeurwaarderskantoor, specifiek met de behandeling van uitvoeringsdossiers.
  • Talen: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je voldoende behelpen in het Frans (gesproken en geschreven).
  • Software-minded: Microsoft-tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) hebben voor jou geen geheimen; je werkt er dagelijks vlot mee.
  • Je bent administratief super nauwkeurig en stressbestendig (deadlines schrikken je niet af). Je kan uitstekend zelfstandig werken, maar bloeit ook open in een hecht teamverband. Flexibiliteit is voor jou een tweede natuur.
