Heb je een stevige ervaring binnen het vennootschapsrecht en fiscaal recht en wil je jouw expertise inzetten in een brede, klantgerichte rol? Dan biedt deze functie de kans om meer te doen dan enkel juridisch advies geven. Je wordt het juridische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt ondernemers bij belangrijke volgende stappen.

Vandaag doet het kantoor voor bepaalde juridische vraagstukken nog beroep op externe ondersteuning. De ambitie is om deze expertise steeds meer inhouse uit te bouwen en daarom zoeken ze een jurist die hierin een sleutelrol wil opnemen.

Jouw rol

  • Je wordt het vaste juridische aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers en vennootschappen rond uiteenlopende juridische en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Je begeleidt dossiers rond vennootschapsstructuren, herstructureringen, fusies & splitsingen en aandeelhouderskwesties.
  • Je denkt mee over familiale overdrachten, holdings en andere complexe structuren.
  • Je vertaalt complexe juridische materie naar duidelijk en praktisch advies.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de accountants en fiscalisten binnen het kantoor.
  • Je bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie met klanten uit.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om de juridische dienstverlening mee verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Master in de Rechten.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen vennootschapsrecht en fiscaal recht.
  • Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je krijgt energie van rechtstreeks klantencontact en denkt graag mee met ondernemers.
  • Je hebt een brede juridische interesse en wil verschillende domeinen blijven ontdekken.
  • Je bent ondernemend ingesteld en ziet het als een opportuniteit om mee aan de basis te staan van een verdere uitbouw van legal.
