4 mai 2021 • 2 min de lecture Je gaat een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de werkzaamheden van de Nederlandse Vechtsportautoriteit. Wat bieden wij? Wij zijn een compacte, jonge organisatie die een pioniersrol vervult bij het reguleren van de full contact vechtsporten kickboksen, thaiboksen en mma in Nederland. Wij zijn een onafhankelijke toezichthouder die door het ministerie van VWS in het leven is geroepen. We werken voornamelijk vanuit huis. Je krijgt de kans om je echt te verdiepen in de vechtsportorganisaties in Nederland, van de sportschool om de hoek tot de grootste internationale promoties als Glory en UFC. Wij kunnen jou daarin introduceren en begeleiden. Je gaat vanuit jouw juridische achtergrond aan de slag met belangrijke aspecten binnen onze sporten zoals: tuchtrecht, verenigingsrecht, dopingbeleid en de aanpak van grensoverschrijdend gedrag en matchfixing. Je werkt hiervoor o.a. samen met een zeer ervaren strafrechtadvocaat en tevens bestuurslid van de Vechtsportautoriteit. Via ons leer je niet alleen de vechtsportorganisaties kennen, maar ook de gemeentelijke overheid en andere nationale (sport)organisaties. Wij voorzien in een stageplek voor de periode september 2021 - februari 2022, gemiddeld drie à vier dagen per week. Precieze duur en omvang zijn in overleg overeen te komen. Wat vragen wij van je? Inzet, interesse en vooral plezier. Uiteindelijk bepaalt dat ook de kwaliteit van je werk. Verder moet je affiniteit met (vecht)sport hebben. Het is handig als je vlot en goed schrijft. Je moet ervoor in zijn om ons te helpen bij allerlei klussen die tijdens je stageperiode op ons en jouw pad komen. Bijvoorbeeld het bijwonen en inplannen van bijeenkomsten. Je bent flexibel en vindt het niet erg om af en toe in de avond of in het weekend ingezet te worden. Daarnaast kan je goed zelfstandig werken. Je moet vooral veel willen leren.
