Functie

Wat zal je doen:

  • Je werkt o.m. mee aan de realisatie van complexe projecten (woningbouw, meergezinswoningen, zonevreemde constructies, industrie & KMO en landbouw) voor zowel de particulier als ondernemer.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij de opstart of exploitatie van hun onderneming. Hierbij geef je zeer gevarieerde juridische adviesverlening binnen de milieuwetgeving, bouwwetgeving en omgevingswetgeving.
  • Gezien onze expertise in zonevreemde wetgeving zullen ook dossiers binnen het agrarisch recht of wetgeving waarmee een ondernemer in aanraking komt aan bod komen.
  • Ook zal je geschillen (minnelijk, rechtbank en arbitrage) behandelen, in samenwerking met het projectteam en externe advocaten. Je kan altijd terecht bij je collega’s juristen en consulenten voor bespreking van de aanpak.

Profiel

Wie ben jij:

  • Je voltooide een masteropleiding rechten, bij voorkeur in een richting waar omgevingsrecht of milieuwetgeving sterk aan bod kwamen.
  • Je hebt interesse in allerhande wetgeving die noodzakelijk is om de projecten van onze klanten te doen slagen.
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste.
  • Wel zoeken we iemand die initiatief neemt en gedreven aan de slag gaat met de opgedane kennis.
