Als Jurist Handhaving analyseer je dossiers, adviseer je over interventies en stuur je op een zorgvuldige en juridisch houdbare uitvoering binnen de publieke sector. Je werkt op het snijvlak van beleid, uitvoering en toezicht. Je brengt structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken, weegt belangen en zorgt dat besluiten juridisch kloppen en uitvoerbaar zijn. Daarbij schakel je continu tussen analyse, advies en afstemming met verschillende stakeholders. Functieomschrijving In deze rol werk je aan handhavingsvraagstukken binnen de decentrale overheid. Je beoordeelt situaties waarin wet en regelgeving mogelijk wordt overtreden en bepaalt welke juridische stappen passend zijn. Je adviseert over handhavingsstrategieën, stelt juridische stukken op en begeleidt trajecten van eerste constatering tot besluitvorming. Je werkt nauw samen met toezichthouders, beleidsmedewerkers en externe partijen en draagt bij aan een consistente en rechtmatige uitvoering van beleid.
