(unbefristete Einstellung) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Unterstützung von universitären Organen und Einrichtungen in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten

* Prüfung, Gestaltung, Verhandlung und rechtliche Begleitung von nationalen sowie internationalen Verträgen ,

einschließlich der Berücksichtigung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen

* Bearbeitung datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung der

DSGVO und weiterer einschlägiger Datenschutzvorschriften

* Zusammenarbeit und rechtliche Unterstützung des*der Datenschutzbeauftragten der JKU

* Erstellung rechtlicher Stellungnahmen, Gutachten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu unterschiedlichen

Rechtsgebieten

* Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung inneruniversitärer Rechtsgrundlagen

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Behörden und externen Partner*innen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften sowie abgeschlossene Gerichtspraxis

* Berufserfahrung im juristischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil

* Interesse an den vielfältigen Rechtsfragen einer Universität; Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht sind willkommen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Zielorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungsorientierung und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen

* Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Rechtsmaterien einzuarbeiten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveaustufe C1), solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveaustufe B2)

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Word und Excel

* Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) beträgt das monatliche Mindestgehalt € 3.776,10 brutto

(14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung IVb)
