Voor een dynamische organisatie in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Jurist / Legal Counsel met kennis van sportrecht. Je komt terecht in een klein juridisch team en speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie als juridische sparringpartner.

In deze functie combineer je juridische expertise met een sterke persoonlijkheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van uiteenlopende juridische dossiers, het opstellen en onderhandelen van contracten en het adviseren van interne stakeholders.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Opstellen, nalezen en onderhandelen van contracten in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Juridische ondersteuning bieden binnen diverse domeinen, met een belangrijke focus op sportrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van juridische templates en documentatie.
  • Adviseren van interne diensten en management inzake juridische risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van juridische dossiers in samenwerking met externe advocaten.
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en commerciële afspraken.
  • Waken over de juridische kwaliteit en conformiteit van overeenkomsten en documenten.
  • Opvolgen van relevante wijzigingen binnen de wetgeving en het sportrecht.
  • Master/Bachelor in de Rechten.
  • 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een juridische functie.
  • Grondige kennis of sterke affiniteit met sportrecht.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent in staat om contracten in meerdere talen op te stellen, te analyseren en te onderhandelen.
  • Je denkt kritisch, bent analytisch sterk en durft standpunten te verdedigen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende maturiteit en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en diplomatisch met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar flexibiliteit belangrijk is.
