Jurist Toezicht en Handhaving Detachering Juridisch 3-5 jaar Hbo 32 - 40 uur €4520 - €6422 Zet jouw handhavingskracht in voor een veiliger en leefbaarder Asten. Stap in als Jurist Toezicht en Handhaving (32-36 uur). Dit ga je doen Als Jurist Toezicht en Handhaving bij Gemeente Asten werk je aan stevige, juridisch houdbare bestuursrechtelijke handhaving binnen team Leefbaarheid, Handhaving en Veiligheid (LHV). Jij pakt repressieve handhavingsdossiers op in opdracht van het college en de burgemeester en bepaalt welke juridische route past bij de situatie. In deze opdracht ga je onder andere aan de slag met: - Beoordelen van overtredingen en behandelen van handhavingsverzoeken, inclusief het bepalen van de juridische strategie - Opstellen van voornemens, lasten (zoals last onder dwangsom) en handhavingsbesluiten namens het college en de burgemeester - Adviseren over legaliseerbaarheid, maatregelkeuze en proceskansen bij bezwaar en beroep - Samenwerken met toezichthouders: jij maakt van hun constateringen een juridisch houdbare vervolgstap - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente tijdens hoorzittingen en in gerechtelijke procedures - Bijdragen aan ontwikkeling en actualisatie van verordeningen, beleidsregels en beleidsdocumenten binnen toezicht en handhaving Je komt terecht in team LHV, waar je intensief samenwerkt met twee juristen, een administratief medewerker, vier toezichthouders en twee boa's.
