Als Jurist maak je deel uit van onze afdeling Pro Experts, een multidisciplinaire groep van juristen, fiscalisten en economisten. Zij staan samen in voor het verlenen van adviezen en diensten aan de klanten in het kader van specifieke projecten en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de interne kennisverzameling en kennisoverdracht.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten en het ondersteunen van de interne dossierbeheerders. Je werkt hiervoor mee in zelfsturende teams die onderling samenwerken. Als specialist vermogensplanning heb je een specifieke interesse in het huwelijksvermogensrecht, erf- en schenkingsrecht, alsook in alle fiscale aspecten die hiermee verband houden.

Hier kan jij jou in herkennen:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring als advocaat of jurist. Je beschikt over een diploma rechten, een master notariaat of postuniversitaire opleiding in het kader van vermogensplanning is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en bent kritisch ingesteld
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid, denkt proactief mee en beschikt over de nodige competenties om verder te kijken dan de standaardoplossingen
  • Je weet gepast om te gaan met gevoelige informatie
  • Je staat met beide voeten op de grond en hebt een nuchtere kijk
  • Je staat voor collegialiteit, teamspirit en fun

Hier wil jij je dagelijks voor ‘smijten’

  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor concrete juridische vragen van klanten en klantverantwoordelijken in het kader van vermogensplanning
  • Je verstrekt juridisch advies in deze materie en werkt een volledige vermogensplanning (m.i.v. de familiale opvolging binnen een onderneming) uit op maat van de klant, waarbij je de klant begeleidt gedurende het volledige proces
  • Je stelt diverse ontwerpaktes en overeenkomsten op en/of je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nazien van de ontwerpen die extern worden aangeleverd
  • Je volgt de juridische actualiteit op de voet op, verzamelt kennis en draagt deze over aan de medewerkers en klanten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van je eigen planning
