Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die gesamte Küchenorganisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Speisenangebots

* Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Küchenteams

* Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung

* Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards

* Wareneinkauf, Lagerhaltung, Kostenkontrolle und Wareneinsatzkontrolle

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F & B Management und Betriebsleitung

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Küchenfunktion

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Küche und frische Produkte

* Organisationsstärke und wirtschaftliches Denken

* Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und Führungskompetenz

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
