Ihre Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

* Kulinarische Gesamtverantwortung: Leitung, Organisation und Optimierung der gesamten Küchenprozesse (von der Vorbereitung bis zum reibungslosen Serviceablauf).

* Authentische Frische-Küche: Zubereitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer traditionellen neapolitanischen Pizzen, hausgemachten Pastaspezialitäten sowie erlesener Fleisch-, Fisch- und Antipasti-Gerichte.

* Qualitäts- & Hygienemanagement: Einhaltung strengster Qualitätsstandards und HACCP-Richtlinien bei der Verarbeitung unserer hochwertigen, überwiegend italienischen Produkte.

* Teamführung: Führung, Koordination und Motivation unseres Küchenteams in einem familiären, aber ambitionierten Umfeld.

* Warenwirtschaft: Bedarfsgerechter Einkauf, Inventur und enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung bei der Menükartengestaltung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (idealerweise in der italienischen Gastronomie / Pizzeria).

* Fundiertes Fachwissen über die authentische neapolitanische und mediterrane Küche sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch.

* Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit.

* Freude am handwerklichen Kochen mit frischen Produkten.
