Tätigkeiten

* Verantwortung für die gesamte Küchenorganisation

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer modernen, saisonalen Speisekarte

* Führung, Motivation und Schulung des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Kostenkontrolle

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Konzepts

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für moderne Küche und hochwertige Produkte

* Kreativität, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamgeist sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und hoher Qualitätsanspruch

* Speisekarten erstellen
