Wir wollen unsere Gäste begeistern und mit dem gewissen Extra überraschen. Aber auch die Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeiter liegt uns am Herzen. Gute Arbeit wird bei uns anerkannt und gut entlohnt.

Unser familiengeführtes 4 Sterne Hotel mit 40 Zimmern sowie Vital-Center mit Hallenbad und Saunalandschaft richtet sich vor allem Berufsreisende, Seminargäste, Golfer und Salzburg-Urlauber. Das Restaurant mit 200 Sitzplätzen wird vor allem von einheimischen Gästen besucht.

Wir suchen eine_n 1 Küchenchef_in (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: Eugendorf, Österreich

Arbeitsausmaß: 40 Wochenstunden, 4 1/2-Tage-Woche

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Über die Stelle

- Organisation sämtlicher Aufgaben in der Küche

- Mitgestaltung der Neuausrichtung und Neupositionierung

- Zusammenstellen der Speisekarten und Menus (à la carte, Mittagsmenu, Abendmenu , Seminarmenu, Spezialitätenwochen/-abende)

- Zubereitung und Präsentation von köstlichen, optisch ansprechenden Gerichten

- Einteilung der Mitarbeiter

- Warenwirtschaft - verantwortungsbewusster und wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln

- Ausbildung der Lehrlinge

- Einhaltung der Hygienestandards

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Freude am Organisieren

* Liebe zum Beruf und zur modernen österreichischen Küche

* Kreativität und Freude am Experimentieren

* Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* große Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit

* kühler Kopf in stressigen Situationen

* Verständnis für Warenwirtschaft und Kalkulation

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse
