Ihre Rolle

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine verlässliche Persönlichkeit, die unser Küchenteam im Alltag unterstützt und zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf beiträgt.

Als Küchenhilfe unterstützen Sie das Küchenteam bei der täglichen Verpflegung unserer Bewohner:innen und sorgen gemeinsam für Sauberkeit, Hygiene und strukturierte Abläufe im Küchenbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Tätigkeiten in der Küche

* Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von Speisen

* Mitarbeit bei der Speisenausgabe

* Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten unter Einhaltung der Hygienestandards

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im gesamten Küchenbereich

* Sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Geräten und Arbeitsmitteln

* Einhaltung interner Abläufe sowie Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Erste Erfahrung im Küchen- oder Gastronomiebereich von Vorteil

* Zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu körperlicher Tätigkeit

* Ausgeprägtes Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag

* Freundliches Auftreten sowie respektvoller Umgang mit Bewohner:innen und Kolleg:innen

Vergütung

Das Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt beträgt € 2.088,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Std./Woche) zuzüglich variabler Bestandteile (z. B. Feiertag). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird im persönlichen Gespräch entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
